For each shipment, a team consists of well-experienced marketing clerk/customer service clerk/port captain will assemble.
Our customers, who are Employers of Projects, are often faced with a wide range of technical issues which they maynot be familiar with. Others clients, even like specialists providing supply chain services may also find it is too exhausting and they had no other choice but to spend hours and days sometimes weeks and months worrying about those technical issues.
How is the draught limits in loading port? My cargo could be temporary stored in the discharging port or not? How shall I arrange thost fragile boxes in cargo holds? Lashing by rope or wire? There are thousands of questions out here.
With our supporting team. All those questions could be easily solved and if customers don’t really care, they will be solved without been perceived.
Hence, they can concentrate on the key question of project/trading/logistics without having to deal with the shipping activity itself.
